Terms and Conditions for First Elite Driving School

  1. Eligibility to Drive
    • Students must hold a valid driving license that permits them to drive in the country.
    • Students must meet the minimum age requirement for driving lessons.
    • Any medical conditions or restrictions affecting the ability to drive must be disclosed prior to lessons.
  2. Booking and Payments
    • All lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
    • Payments must be made in full before the commencement of lessons.
    • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the lesson fee may be forfeited.
  3. Lesson Conduct
    • Students must arrive on time for lessons. Late arrivals may result in reduced lesson time.
    • The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if the student is deemed unfit to drive (e.g., under the influence of alcohol or drugs).
    • Lessons will be conducted in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
  4. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are available for unused lessons, provided a written request is submitted.
    • A cancellation fee may apply for refund requests.
  5. Liability
    • First Elite Driving School is not liable for any accidents or incidents occurring outside of lesson times.
    • Students are responsible for any damages caused to the training vehicle due to negligence.
  6. Privacy Policy
    • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of providing driving lessons and will not be shared with third parties.
  7. Changes to Terms
    • First Elite Driving School reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes in advance.
